That’s the ambition behind The Sense Mapping Workshop, a tool I designed to help individuals reconnect with what gives meaning to their work and, when needed, envision the next step in their professional journey.
Inspired by the educational approach of the Climate Fresk, The Sense Mapping Workshop invites participants to think differently about work, as a lived experience that is both individual and collective.
It uses co-construction methods and collective intelligence to explore the many layers of meaning at work: direction, purpose, coherence, value, and sensory experience.
Thanks to its visual and collaborative format, this workshop fosters both individual reflection and peer dialogue.
The workshop draws on over ten years of research in vocational psychology, career development, and work meaning, as well as fifteen years of experience in professional guidance and organizational consulting. It is built on:
