It draws on co-construction techniques and collective intelligence to help each participant design a trajectory aligned with their aspirations.

Built on the latest research in career development, work psychology, and meaning at work, the Career Fresk Workshop is based on:

• Over 15 years of experience in career counseling,
• Narratives of career transitions I analyzed during my doctoral research.
